Méribel has some very lively bars and a live band can normally be found somewhere every afternoon/evening. The famous Dick’s T-Bar stays open until the wee small hours and will keep you feeling loose and relaxed! If this isn’t your cup-of-tea though there are many quieter bars where you can sit down, relax and chat over a few drinks.   There are also numerous shops, a twice weekly street market, cinema and the Olympic leisure centre to keep you busy. The latter has a swimming pool, ice rink, ten-pin bowling alley and climbing wall. Tobogganing, dog sled and skidoo rides, snow-shoe outings, parascending and pleasure flights from Méribel Altiport can be arranged for the more adventurous as well.
